Transitional Housing

Our onsite and offsite transitional housing properties are open to adults between 18 and 21 years old who are trying to get off the streets and back on their feet. The 18-month program includes education about finance and saving, finding and keeping employment and partnerships with other agencies to fill whatever gaps there are to keep them off the streets.
